Welcome to Wardello. By using our website, placing an order, or contacting us to purchase any product or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Wardello website and any purchases made through our website, social media pages, WhatsApp, phone, or any other official communication channel.
In these Terms:
“Wardello,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Wardello.
“Customer,” “you,” or “your” refers to any person using our website or placing an order.
“Products” refers to flowers, bouquets, arrangements, gifts, perfumes, add-ons, and any related items sold by Wardello.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
An order is considered confirmed only after:
all required order details have been provided correctly,
payment has been successfully completed or otherwise approved,
and the order has been reviewed and accepted by Wardello.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases including, but not limited to:
incomplete or inaccurate information,
product unavailability,
delivery limitations,
pricing or technical errors,
or suspected fraudulent activity.
If we are unable to complete your order, we will contact you using the details you provided.
3. Product Availability and Substitution
Flowers and certain gift items are subject to seasonal availability and stock fluctuations.
While we always aim to prepare each order as closely as possible to the product shown, Wardello may substitute certain flowers, colors, wrapping materials, containers, accessories, cakes, plants, perfumes, or other items with alternatives of equal or greater value if the original items are unavailable.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve the overall style, theme, color harmony, and value of the original product.
4. Product Images and Presentation
All product photos displayed on our website or social media are for illustrative purposes only.
Because floral arrangements are handmade and may vary based on seasonal availability, flower freshness, wrapping materials, supplier stock, and design execution, the final delivered product may differ slightly from the images shown.
Minor differences in flower shades, wrapping style, arrangement shape, packaging, accessories, and presentation do not constitute a defect.
5. Pricing
All prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website, unless stated otherwise.
Wardello may update prices at any time without prior notice. However, any confirmed order will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase, unless there is an obvious technical or pricing error.
If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the corrected price or cancel the order.
6. Delivery Areas and Service Availability
Wardello provides delivery based on our active service coverage and operational capacity.
Delivery availability may vary depending on:
recipient location,
requested date and time,
weather conditions,
public holidays,
traffic conditions,
seasonal demand,
and product availability.
We reserve the right to decline delivery requests outside our service area or where delivery is not reasonably possible.
7. Delivery Date and Time
Customers may request a preferred delivery date and time window where available.
While we do our best to honor requested timings, exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, especially during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
During high-demand occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, Ramadan, Christmas, New Year, and similar peak periods, deliveries may be completed within broader delivery windows.
8. Same-Day and Express Delivery
Same-day or express delivery may be offered for selected products and locations, subject to availability, timing, and operational capacity.
Wardello may accept or decline same-day or express orders depending on stock availability, order volume, delivery route, and the time the order is placed.
Even where such services are offered, exact timing cannot be guaranteed in every case.
9. Recipient Availability and Delivery Attempts
To complete delivery successfully, the customer must provide accurate recipient details, including name, phone number, and address.
Wardello may contact the recipient before delivery when necessary to confirm availability, location, or delivery instructions. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve the surprise nature of the gift whenever possible.
If the recipient is unavailable, does not answer, cannot be reached, or is not present at the provided location, Wardello may, where appropriate:
attempt delivery within a reasonable time,
leave the order with reception, security, concierge, a family member, colleague, or another responsible person at the location,
reschedule the delivery,
or return the order for later re-delivery.
Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required.
10. Incorrect Address and Re-Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide complete and accurate delivery details.
If incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information results in a failed delivery, delay, or re-delivery, Wardello may charge an additional delivery fee.
If the corrected address falls outside our normal service range, we may request an additional fee, offer delivery only if operationally possible, or cancel the order after deducting any actual costs already incurred.
11. Refusal of Delivery
Wardello is not responsible for orders refused by the recipient.
If the recipient refuses to accept the order, refund eligibility may be limited once the order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivery has been attempted.
12. Cancellations and Order Changes
If you wish to cancel or modify an order, you must contact Wardello as soon as possible.
Cancellation or modification requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet entered preparation, customization, or dispatch.
Once an order has been prepared, designed, customized, dispatched, or delivered, cancellation may no longer be possible and a full refund may not be available.
For perishable, personalized, custom-made, or same-day orders, cancellation rights may be more limited once preparation begins.
13. Non-Delivery Claims
If a customer claims that an order was not delivered, Wardello must be given a reasonable opportunity to investigate the matter before any final decision is made.
This may include reviewing delivery notes, driver confirmation, recipient communication, phone records, location details, or any other relevant information.
If it is confirmed that Wardello failed to make a delivery attempt due to our own error, we may offer an appropriate remedy such as re-delivery, replacement, store credit, or refund.
14. Quality Complaints
Because flowers, cakes, plants, and certain gifts are perishable, any complaint relating to product quality, damage, incorrect items, or major presentation issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
To review a complaint properly, Wardello may require:
clear photos of the delivered item,
the order number,
and a brief explanation of the issue.
If the complaint is found to be valid, Wardello may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit, depending on the circumstances.
Complaints submitted after 24 hours from the original delivery time may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation, except in rare cases reviewed by Wardello.
15. Perishable and Non-Returnable Items
Flowers, floral arrangements, cakes, plants, edible products, and similar perishable items are time-sensitive and are not returnable in the usual sense.
Perfumes, personal-use products, and certain gift items may also be non-returnable once opened, used, altered, or delivered in acceptable condition, unless they are defective or incorrect due to Wardello’s error.
16. Payments
Wardello accepts approved payment methods as shown on our website or official sales channels.
All payments are subject to successful authorization and verification.
We reserve the right to place any order on hold, request additional verification, or cancel a transaction if we suspect unauthorized use, fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, or suspicious payment behavior.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible, subject to the policies and timelines of the payment provider or bank.
17. Fraud Prevention
Wardello reserves the right to reject, hold, or cancel any order that appears suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal purchasing behavior.
We may request additional information or verification before accepting or processing such orders.
If we are unable to verify the transaction satisfactorily, the order may be canceled.
18. Customer Responsibility
By placing an order, you agree that you are responsible for:
providing accurate billing and delivery information,
ensuring that the recipient’s contact details are correct,
reviewing your order before payment,
and responding promptly if we contact you regarding delivery issues or order clarification.
Wardello is not responsible for delay, failed delivery, or dissatisfaction resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wardello shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:
delivery delays outside our reasonable control,
recipient absence or refusal,
inaccurate customer information,
seasonal substitutions,
third-party service disruptions,
weather conditions,
force majeure events,
or technical interruptions affecting the website or payment systems.
In any case, Wardello’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
20. Force Majeure
Wardello shall not be responsible for delay, non-performance, or service interruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents, strikes, supplier shortages, technical failures, government restrictions, public emergencies, or similar events.
21. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Any personal information you provide through our website or order channels will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
22. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wardello website, including text, images, product descriptions, branding, logos, design elements, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Wardello and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
23. Changes to These Terms
Wardello may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any updated version becomes effective once published on our website. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
24. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
