No. You can place your order as a guest without creating an account. Do I need to include the sender’s name? Yes, we may need your details in case we are unable to reach the recipient or need additional delivery instructions. If you would like the gift to be sent anonymously, please mention this in the order notes. Can I include a personal message with my order? Yes. We always do our best to prepare each order as closely as possible to the product shown. However, because floral arrangements are handmade and depend on flower freshness, seasonal availability, wrapping materials, and design execution, the final product may vary slightly from the photos displayed. What happens if some flowers or items are unavailable? If certain flowers, colors, wrapping materials, containers, or gift items are unavailable, we may substitute them with alternatives of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color harmony, and value of the arrangement. Do you only sell flowers? No. Wardello may also offer gifts, perfumes, add-ons, and other related items depending on availability. Delivery Where do you deliver? Wardello currently delivers to selected areas in Jordan, including Amman, Al-Salt, Irbid, and Irbid villages, subject to operational coverage and availability. If you are unsure whether your area is covered, please contact us before placing your order. How much is the delivery fee? Delivery fees are as follows: Amman: 5 JOD Al-Salt: 7 JOD Irbid: 7 JOD Irbid villages: 10 JOD Additional charges may apply for re-delivery, incorrect address details, urgent requests, or locations outside our normal delivery coverage. Can I choose a specific delivery date? Yes. You can select your preferred delivery date during checkout, subject to availability. Can I request a specific delivery time? You may request a preferred delivery time or time window in the order notes. We always do our best to honor delivery requests, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed in all cases, especially during busy periods, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Do you offer same-day delivery? Yes, same-day delivery is available only within Amman for selected products and for orders placed before 2:00 PM Jordan time, subject to product availability and operational capacity. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or orders outside Amman, may not be eligible for same-day delivery. Do you offer express delivery? Express delivery may be available in certain cases, depending on the product, delivery location, and the time the order is placed. We may contact the recipient if needed to confirm availability, location, or delivery instructions. Whenever possible, we try to preserve the surprise nature of the gift and avoid revealing unnecessary details. What happens if the recipient does not answer? If the recipient cannot be reached, does not answer, or is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may attempt delivery within a reasonable time, reschedule the delivery, or leave the order with a responsible person at the location where appropriate. Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required. What happens if I enter the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery or requires re-delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply. If the corrected address falls outside our normal service range, extra charges may apply, or the order may be canceled after deducting any actual costs already incurred. What happens if the recipient refuses the order? If the recipient refuses to accept the order, refund eligibility may be limited once the order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivery has been attempted. Changes, Cancellations, and Complaints Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations may be possible only if the order has not yet entered preparation, customization, or dispatch. For perishable, personalized, custom-made, or same-day orders, changes and cancellations may be more limited once preparation begins. What should I do if I have a complaint about my order? If you have a complaint regarding quality, damage, incorrect items, or a major presentation issue, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To review the issue properly, we may ask for: clear photos of the delivered item your order number a brief explanation of the issue Do you offer refunds or replacements? If a complaint is found to be valid, we may offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation, such as a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or store credit. Complaints submitted more than 24 hours after the original delivery time may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or compensation. Payment What payment methods do you accept? Wardello accepts approved payment methods available on the website or through our official sales channels. Is it safe to pay online? Yes.
