Terms & Conditions – Wardello Last Updated: January 4, 2026 By using the Wardello website, placing an order, or contacting us to purchase any product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. 1) Definitions “Wardello / We / Us”: Wardello store. “Customer / You”: Any user placing an order or browsing our website. “Products”: Flowers, gifts, perfumes, add-ons, and related items sold by Wardello. 2) Orders & Confirmation An order is considered confirmed once we verify the order details and payment method (if required). We may contact you to confirm missing or unclear information (address, delivery time, recipient phone number). We reserve the right to cancel an order if information is incorrect, incomplete, or delivery is not feasible. 3) Pricing & Availability Prices are shown in JOD unless stated otherwise. Availability may change due to seasonal flower supply and stock limitations. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a suitable alternative of equal or higher value. 4) Delivery (Same-Day Delivery in Amman) Same-day delivery depends on order time, product availability, and delivery capacity. You must provide a clear address and a reachable phone number for the recipient. If the recipient is unreachable, refuses delivery, or provides incorrect information, additional delivery attempts/fees may apply and refunds may be limited. 5) Flowers – Appearance & Substitutions Product photos are for reference. Actual arrangements may slightly differ due to seasonal availability and florist design style. We will keep the overall look, style, and value as close as possible (or better) using available flowers and materials. 6) Perishable Products (Flowers) – Returns & Complaints Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns for “change of mind.” If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery and provide clear photos. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution (replacement or store credit where applicable). 7) Perfumes – Inspired Blends + Satisfaction Guarantee Our perfumes are inspired blends and are not affiliated with any trademark/brand. Scent Satisfaction Guarantee (48 hours): If you do not like the scent, you may request an exchange or store credit within 48 hours of delivery, provided that: The product was used only for testing (maximum 5–10 sprays) It is returned in its original packaging with the order number Return/exchange delivery fees are paid by the customer in “scent not liked” cases If the perfume arrives defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect, Wardello will handle the case and cover necessary delivery fees. 😎 Cancellations You may request cancellation within 60 minutes of order confirmation, as long as the order has not entered preparation or dispatch. Once preparation or delivery has started, cancellation may not be possible. 9) Payments Available payment methods are shown at checkout or confirmed via our support channels. If a payment is reversed or fails (when applicable), we may suspend or cancel the order. 10) Liability Wardello is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect customer/recipient information, recipient unavailability, or events beyond our control (traffic, weather, road closures, etc.).
